Role Description The Store Executive role at Wakefit is a full-time, on-site position based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. The Store Executive will welcome and guide customers through product options, understand their needs, and provide informed recommendations on sleep solutions and home products. Daily responsibilities include managing the sales floor, maintaining product displays, handling billing and basic documentation, and ensuring a clean, organized store environment. The role also involves answering customer queries, resolving concerns, coordinating with internal teams on stock availability, and meeting individual and store-level sales targets. Store Executives are expected to deliver a consistent, friendly, and professional in-store experience aligned with Wakefit’s brand standards.
Qualifications

• Strong customer-facing skills, including Customer Service and Communication, with a focus on empathy and clarity.
• Experience in Retail operations and Sales, preferably in consumer goods, home, or lifestyle products.
• Basic understanding of Commerce principles, including handling transactions and working with point-of-sale systems.
• Ability to work on-site full-time, including weekends and holidays as needed, and stand for extended periods.
• Proven ability to meet targets, handle multiple tasks, and work effectively in a team-oriented store environment.
• Good spoken and written proficiency in English and local languages relevant to the Mumbai Metropolitan Region.
• Prior experience in a retail showroom or store role is an advantage; a high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
