Junior Customer Support Specialist with Arabic and English

Responsibilities

• Providing excellent customer service
• Building positive relationships with customers
• Resolving issues in a timely manner and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
• Providing explanations regarding customer complaints (written and by phone)
• Working with the CRM system (verification and completing client data)
• Cooperating with external XTB branches and internal departments
• Translating information from English to Arabic and from Arabic to English

Requirements

• Higher education (completed or ongoing – 4th or 5th year)
• Background or experience in economics or financial services is a plus
• Previous experience in a customer service role desirable
• Arabic language – very good spoken and written
• English language – proficiency level
• Responsibility and ability to multitask, prioritize, and close tasks quickly
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
• Good knowledge of MS Office
• Knowledge of financial markets and XTB’s core business is an advantage
