Student Visa Executive

Role Description The Student Visa Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Anand. The role involves guiding prospective students through the end-to-end student visa process, including eligibility assessment, document collection and verification, and preparation of visa applications for destinations such as Canada and other study-abroad locations. The Student Visa Executive will communicate regularly with students and families, explain visa requirements and timelines, schedule and track application submissions, and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders as needed. Daily activities include maintaining accurate records, updating clients on their application status, staying current with changing visa regulations and policies, and supporting awareness seminars or counseling sessions related to overseas education and immigration. The position requires consistent in-office presence, professional communication, and a service-oriented attitude.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of student visa processes, overseas education pathways, and basic immigration procedures.
• Proficiency in client counseling, student guidance, and customer service, with the ability to handle queries clearly and patiently.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; knowledge of local languages is an advantage.
• Attention to detail in document review, data entry, and record management, with solid organizational and time management abilities.
• Comfort with office software and digital tools (email, spreadsheets, CRM or student management systems), and ability to learn new platforms quickly.
• Ethical, transparent work approach aligned with company values, and ability to maintain confidentiality of client information.
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline, preferably in fields such as Business, Management, or Humanities; experience in visa, immigration, or education counseling is an added benefit.
• Ability to work on-site in Anand on a full-time schedule, collaborate with colleagues, and contribute to seminars or awareness activities as required.
