Job Responsibilities :

  • Support the lead for maintaining the confidential affairs of VVIPs.
  • Booking the guest house and taking care of logistics.
  • Effectively maintaining the pre and post meetings and agendas and special assignments.
  • To coordinate with various stake holders to handle the personal matters of VVIPs.
  • To assist in managing the establishment and maintenance of positive relationships at all levels of government, public services, and other authorities to facilitate communication and help advance the organization#s business interests.
  • To assist and manage the smooth execution under the guidance of lead with government representatives, committees and other regulatory agencies so that the organization#s interests are advanced, whenever needed
  • To assist and manage the smooth execution of organization#s dealings with government agencies and ensure that it is conducted ethically, legally, and according to the organization#s policies and standards.
  • Ensure proper handling of permits, licenses, certificates, authorizations, and other approvals that the organization needs to conduct its business activities; and produce, sell, and distribute its goods and services. These may include product licenses, manufacturing, import and export permits.
  • To participate and assist in monitoring, analysing, and interpretation of developments in government policy on day to day basis

Education Requirement : Candidate should have completed full time Bachelor in Commerce Experience Requirement :

  • Minimum 6-9 years of work experience required
  • Working with manufacturing industry would be preferable
