Responsibilities:
- Maintain product, system and process knowledge.
- Attend relevant product and skill courses and pass on key points to other staff.
- Ensure timely communication with stakeholders regarding queries.
- Develop good working relationships with internal customers and stakeholders.
- Process insurance quotations, new business, and renewals.
- Complete administrative duties such as handling mail, recording cheques, and taking payments.
- Maintain data in computer systems and databases.
- Environmental awareness and customer focus.
- Some relevant working experience in administrative support or customer service function, preferably in General Insurance companies.
- Tertiary Degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.

Travel Frequency:
Infrequent (approximately 1-4 trips annually)

General office jobs: Work is generally performed in an office environment in which there is not substantial exposure to adverse environmental conditions. Must have the ability to remain in a stationary position for extended periods of time. Must be able to operate basic office equipment including telephone, headset and computer. Incumbent must be able to lift basic office equipment up to 20 lbs.
