Responsibilities
Insurance Operations & Policyholder Inquiry Handling
- Handle policyholder and existing Cardmember inquiries received through the insurance hotline, email, or AMEX customer service team.
- Clarify customer requirements, coordinate with insurance partners on required follow-up, and provide timely status updates to internal stakeholders.
- Track open cases and follow through until customer needs are properly addressed by the relevant party.
- Act as the key operations contact to receive monthly commission information from insurance partners and maintain internal reporting files.
- Prepare and share regular insurance business and finance-related reports with Finance and relevant stakeholders.
- Support monthly insurance premium billing file uploads, result downloads, exception follow-up, and billing status tracking.
- Coordinate with insurance partners and internal teams to ensure billing results and operational reports are completed on a timely basis.
- Support annual budget line creation and ongoing expense tracking for insurance and related marketing activities.
- Update actual spend and forecast data where required, and coordinate with Finance on budget status or variance follow-up.
- Assist team members with vendor payment processing and required documentation.
- Support product-related operational tasks for the Product & Marketing team, including CMIP / statement message updates and relevant system coordination.
- Maintain operational tracking such as TOP cardmember benefit support, inventory coordination, airport transportation database maintenance, and other product operations as assigned.
- Work closely with Product Managers, Customer Service, Finance, and external partners to ensure accurate execution and timely follow-up.
- Valid Life Insurance or General Insurance Sales License (壽險或產險業務員執照) is required.
- 3+ years of experience in insurance, financial services, customer service, operations, or administration support.
- Experience in handling customer inquiries, billing coordination, reporting, or partner operations is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail, follow-up discipline, and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills and ability to coordinate with internal stakeholders and external insurance partners.
- Team player with a responsible, execution-focused mindset.
