資格

  • 大學或專科(含)以上畢業。
  • 一年以上銀行客戶服務或其他產業電話客戶服務經驗尤佳。
  • 熟悉電腦操作, 例如: Word, Excel, power point, line, app…等。
  • 具備良好的客戶溝通技巧且EQ佳。
