Customer Success Representative

We’re now looking for a Customer Success Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll be the friendly, knowledgeable voice of our brand – guiding players through our platform, resolving issues with empathy and efficiency, and making every interaction a positive experience.

What You’ll Do:

• Respond promptly and empathetically to customer inquiries via email, chat, and other channels.
• Assist customers in navigating our platform and understanding its features.
• Gather and share customer feedback to help improve the player’s experience.
• Monitor satisfaction metrics and contribute ideas to increase engagement and loyalty.
• Work in rotating shifts, including evenings and nights.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in customer service, support, or another client-facing role.
• Fluent English (both written and spoken).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle challenging situations with patience and professionalism.
• A quick learner who can explain complex systems in a clear and simple way.
• Resilience under pressure and commitment to meeting deadlines.
