Customer Service Specialist – Service Center

📍 Location: Sofia, Bulgaria

IBI Co Ltd, a licensed recruitment agency (License No. 2981), is recruiting on behalf of a well-established and respected technology company for the position of Customer Service Specialist – Service Center.

Your Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and receive devices for warranty and out-of-warranty service.
• Register and monitor service requests.
• Keep customers informed about repair status, timelines and service procedures.
• Communicate with customers, courier companies and external service partners.
• Prepare service documentation and maintain accurate records.
• Process cash transactions and offer additional services and accessories.
• Collaborate closely with internal departments to ensure excellent customer experience.

What We’re Looking For

Required

• At least 1 year of experience in customer service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Good computer literacy.
• EU passport / Bulgarian citizenship or Bulgarian work permit

Nice to Have

• Knowledge of computers, mobile devices or consumer electronics.
• Experience working with ERP or service management software.
• Basic English.

Working Schedule

Rotating shifts:

• Week 1: 09:30 – 18:30
• Week 2: 09:30 – 17:30 + Saturday 10:00 – 17:00
• Week 3: 10:30 – 19:30

(All shifts include a 1-hour lunch break.)
