About The Job

This position manages the reservation process through Catch Table, confirming bookings, assigning tables, and accommodating VIP and group requests seamlessly. In this role, Host/Hostess communicates guest needs, special requests, or complaints promptly to management, ensuring an exceptional dining experience for every client. Additional responsibilities may be assigned by the manager to support smooth daily operations.

Job responsibilities

• Greet guests with genuine hospitality, coordinate bookings using Catch Table, and guide them to their seats for a smooth and pleasant arrival.
• Immediately relay VIP requests, guest concerns, and special requirements to the Manager to ensure timely and effective resolution.
• Stay fully informed about menu offerings, operating hours, and promotions to assist guests accurately.
• Support the team with other duties as assigned by the Manager to ensure smooth daily operations.

Profile

• At least 2 years of experience in high-end hotel or fine dining service environments
• Experience assisting VIP guests and providing attentive, personalized service
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, able to collaborate effectively with team members
• Solid command of written and spoken English
• Detail-focused, able to stay composed under pressure, and eager to find practical solutions
• Flexible availability, including weekends and special event days as needed
• Enthusiastic about creating outstanding guest experiences and upholding the LV standards

Preferred Qualification

• Experience in luxury retail or international hospitality, ideally within multi-concept settings like boutique stores combined with café or restaurant services
• Basic understanding of clienteling and experience interacting with VIP or international clients
• Exposure to working in diverse, cross-cultural teams, especially within global luxury brands
