Group Insurance Customer Service Executive (Great Eastern Life Indonesia)

Job Description:

• Handling daily query from direct member/Company PIC/Brokers from all channels such as Email, WhatsApp and inbound call
• Generate daily and monthly report that necessarily needed that contain their daily activity
• Handling complains or dispute from all members including PIC and brokers
• Assist for patient admission problem in hospital such as card rejection
• Handling request from PIC for special treatment in hospital such as full cover excess, manual admission guarantee letter or patient early discharge
• Provide detail transaction needed for customers usage history
• Update claim monitoring for PIC/Brokers that have big claim for inpatient treatment
• Able to analyze performance interaction and complaint trend in comprehensive and accurate report
• Assist Company PIC and brokers for reconcile data member or billing, have good communication with Sales Team and Partners
• Assist Company PIC and brokers for reconcile data member or billing, To Send information claim letter to Broker/Sales, if claim letter is not sent automatically to Broker

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of working experience customer service in insurance industry
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both oral and written) with the ability to work with internal and external stakeholders
• Good communication and customer handling skills.
• Excellent attention to detail, and ability to work efficiently
• Strong analytical and logical thinking skills.
• Capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment, managing chats, emails, and calls simultaneously.
