Wellness Experience Associate – Riyadh

Longevity Wellness Hub is looking for a Wellness Experience Associate to join our Riyadh team.

This is more than a traditional front-of-house position.

You will be one of the first people our clients meet, responsible for creating an exceptional experience while developing the knowledge and practical skills to support clients across the different wellness technologies and modalities within our Hub.

We are looking for someone who is curious, hardworking, positive and genuinely wants to grow.

The Role

* Welcome and support clients throughout their experience at the Hub

* Manage front-of-house responsibilities with professionalism, warmth and attention to detail

* Learn the purpose, protocols and client journey of our wellness modalities and technologies

* Assist clients through appropriate modalities following internal training and protocols

* Develop the confidence to clearly explain services and guide clients through their experience

* Support bookings, client communication, memberships and daily operations

* Maintain exceptional standards across the client environment

* Work closely with the wider wellness, performance and management team

* Continuously develop your knowledge of wellness, recovery and longevity

* Step in where needed and contribute to the success of the team as a whole
