As a Retail Assistant (Customer Sales & Service) your key focus includes:

• Put safety first, always, looking out for yourself, your teammates, and every customer who walks through the door.
• Deliver genuine, down‑to‑earth service and create moments that customers remember (for the right reasons!).
• Use your strong customer service skills to help drive positive sales results and keep the store humming.
• Keep the showroom looking sharp with great presentation and merchandising standards.
• Be an enthusiastic, supportive Repco team member who helps build a fun, positive team culture.
• Roll up your sleeves to receive, dispatch, and put away stock. (This is a hands‑on role that involves lifting, bending, and climbing as part of your day)
