What You'll Do:

As a Retail Team Member, you’ll play a crucial role in keeping our stores in top shape.

We have various Team Member vacancies:

• Support for afternoon and evening stocktake processes
• Completing point of sale (POS) transactions and cash handling duties
• Sanitation & Hygiene - create a clean, safe and welcoming store environment
• Site Maintenance - focus on outdoor presentation and facilities maintenance
• Flexible shifts to suit a variety of schedules

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver Exceptional Customer Service: Put customers first and exceed their expectations.
• Support the Store Manager: Use your retail experience to assist in daily operations.
• Thrive in a Team Environment: Collaborate effectively with your colleagues.
• Attention to Detail: Maintain high standards of safety and accuracy.
• Flexible Availability: Be ready to work weekends and overnight shifts when needed.

Qualifications:

• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
• Ability to operate POS and handle cash accurately
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Flexibility to work across a 7-day roster, with availability for over nights and weekends a must.
