37 hours per week

This is a full-time position, however we welcome applications from those who wish to work part-time or job share.

We are looking for a friendly and professional individual to join our team as a Technical Support Officer. The role involves providing administrative and technical support, dealing with parking-related enquiries both verbally and in writing.

You will have experience of working in an office environment and dealing with members of the public. You will be able to deal with difficult situations in a calm manner, be able to work on your own initiative as well as part of a team.

To be successful in this role, you will:

  • Have experience of working in an office environment.
  • Have a good standard of English literacy skills.
  • Be able to plan, prioritise and deliver under pressure.
  • Have demonstrative customer care and communication skills, both verbally and written.
  • Have the skills to deal with members of the public in a sympathetic and tactful manner.
  • Be able to work well as your own as well as part of a team.
