The Opportunity
We are seeking a number of energetic and customer centric Membership & Ticketing Coordinators who are passionate about creating exceptional member experiences. You will be at the heart of our membership operations, supporting enquiries, ticketing, renewals, and match day activities while helping build a loyal and engaged community of Perth Bears members as we prepare for our inaugural NRL season.
What You’ll Do
- Play a key role in building a passionate and connected Perth Bears membership base as we prepare for our inaugural NRL season.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by responding to member enquiries across phone, email, and digital channels.
- Support membership sales, renewals, upgrades, and retention activities to grow and strengthen our member community.
- Assist members with ticketing, online accounts, digital memberships, and match day access.
- Maintain accurate member records and process account updates, payments, and membership changes.
- Contribute to membership campaigns and communications that engage and inspire our fans.
- Provide hands-on support at Perth Bears home matches, events, and member activations.
- Help identify opportunities to enhance the member experience through feedback, insights, and continuous improvement.
What We’re Looking For
- A genuine passion for customer service and creating exceptional member experiences.
- Confidence working with Archtics digital systems, or other membership platforms.
- Experience in a customer facing, administration, membership, ticketing, or events role.
- Outstanding communication skills and a talent for building positive relationships.
- Strong organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
- A positive, can-do attitude and a willingness to roll up your sleeves in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to support match days, events, and key membership campaigns.
- A team first mindset and enthusiasm for contributing to a growing Club.

Working in a Start-Up Environment
The Perth Bears are a start-up organisation in a critical foundation phase. Like other roles recruited to date, this position is intentionally hands-on. The role will be fully accountable for establishing, delivering, while the Club grows. Success in this role requires comfort with ambiguity, strong personal accountability, and the ability to move seamlessly between strategic planning and day-to-day execution.
