Customer Documentation Officer

About the role:

The Customer Documentation Officer ensures professional and timely answers to customer questions and requirements and provides support for complaints related to documentation. The incumbent ensures that customer requirements are understood and implemented within the organization and communicates any new requirements that arise.

Key responsibilities:

• provides professional and timely answers to customer requirements and questions
• negotiates where relevant internally and with customers possibilities and restrictions including exploring and presenting alternative options
• assures the implementation of customer requirements into BC Quality Systems including the certificate profiles
• analyzes customer inquiries to identify recurring questions and areas for improvement and efficiency
• where appropriate, identifies improvement areas, define and follow up on the action plans
• understands, review and provides feedback on the impact of projects regarding customer requirements
• integration of ESG requirements in customer quality documentation

About you:

• At least 2-3 years experience in similar roles
• Fluent in English
• Practical excel skills.
• Strong analytical and multitasking skills.
• Strong team player
• Organizational skills and accuracy
