Role Description The Call Agent role at Egasi.uz is a full-time, on-site position based in Tashkent. The Call Agent will handle inbound and outbound calls, respond to user inquiries, and provide clear information about platform features and advertising options. Daily tasks include assisting users with account and ad-related questions, resolving basic technical or usage issues, and guiding users through posting and managing their listings. The Call Agent will document call interactions, escalate complex issues to the appropriate team members, and contribute to maintaining high customer satisfaction. The role also involves collaborating with colleagues to improve call scripts and communication processes.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including clear spoken Uzbek (Russian is an advantage).
• Customer service skills, such as active listening, empathy, and the ability to handle difficult conversations professionally.
• Basic technical and digital literacy, including comfortable use of call systems, CRM tools, and online platforms.
• Organizational skills with attention to detail, accurate data entry, and the ability to manage multiple calls and tasks.
• Previous experience in call center, customer support, or related roles is preferred.
• Ability to work on-site in Tashkent, maintain punctuality, and collaborate effectively in a team environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; further education in communications, business, or related fields is a plus.
