At Sportwheels Sports Excellence, we don’t just sell gear—we keep it in top shape and help customers find exactly what they need. We’re looking for a sports-loving, customer-focused problem solver to join our team as a Parts Counter & Customer Service Representative.

In this role, you'll be the go-to expert for customers with bike and hockey service needs, helping them get the right parts, answering questions, and keeping the service shop running smoothly. If you’re knowledgeable, friendly, and love working in a fast-paced environment, we want you on our team!

What You’ll Do

• Greet customers with enthusiasm and ensure they have an awesome experience
• Assist with bike and hockey service needs and write up detailed work orders
• Recommend the right parts and accessories to improve their game or sport.
• Keep the shop clean, organized, and running efficiently
• Work closely with mechanics to ensure jobs are completed on time

What We’re Looking For

• A passion for sports, bikes, or hockey—you can talk gear all day
• A friendly and outgoing personality—customers love working with you
• Mechanical aptitude—whether you’ve worked on your own bike or for friends
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, problem-solving environment
• Dependability—you show up engaged and ready to contribute

Skills That Set You Apart (Not Required, But a Plus)

• Experience assembling and disassembling bicycles and sporting equipment
• Tire and tube replacement, brake adjustments, and chain replacements
• Basic knowledge of bicycle components and maintenance
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods
• Comfort working with targets and deadlines

Position Details

Full-Time: 35-45 hours per week, must be available Saturdays.

Part-Time: 8+ hours per week, must be available Saturdays.
