Relationship Coordinator

We're looking for a consultant to join our close-knit team. We offer full-time or part-time opportunities (Monday to Friday), with part-time hours able to be worked across five weekdays. Following your initial training period, you'll also have the flexibility to work in a hybrid environment.

About The Role

• Respond to inbound phone and website enquiries from prospective residents and their families.
• Provide a warm, professional and empathetic customer experience.
• Guide callers through the enquiry process
• Support the Sales and Marketing teams with administrative tasks.
• Maintain accurate customer records in our CRM.
• Work collaboratively within a small, supportive team to achieve the best outcomes for our customers.

About You

You bring:

• A genuine passion for helping people.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strong administration and computer skills.
• Great organisation and attention to detail.
• A positive, collaborative approach and willingness to learn.
• Experience in customer service, contact centres, hospitality, healthcare or sales will be highly regarded.
