Regulatory Reporting Associate

As a Regulatory Reporting Associate in the Capital Monitoring and Regulatory Reporting team, you will create and submit high-quality regulatory reports and participate in projects that drive change. You will apply a robust control framework to ensure accuracy and compliance. You are the subject matter expert on Pillar 3 and AnaCredit, collaborating with various stakeholders internally and externally to resolve findings and support continuous improvement. Your role empowers you to contribute to the team's success and the firm's reputation.

Job responsibilities

• Compile and deliver AnaCredit reports
• Generate & publish Pillar 3 disclosures
• Oversee Reg W reporting
• Coordinate Disclosure of Participation filings
• Handle Bankintsatz reporting
• Lead and support projects related to regulatory reporting topics

• Strong knowledge of German and European regulatory requirements, especially AnaCredit and Pillar 3
• Excellent communication skills
• Exceptional analytical skills
• Ability to critically review and challenge numbers
• Flexibility to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
• Commitment to improving data quality at all times
• Proactive, self-starting approach with high ownership

• Expertise in reporting requirements such as AnaCredit, Pillar 3, CoRep, CRD, CRR, IFRS, and FinRep
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Access, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)
• Accounting qualification within the financial services industry
• Fluency in German is a strong advantage
