Integratz Chile is seeking a Senior Technical Project Manager to lead the deployment and delivery of technology projects, partnering with business stakeholders, development teams, and leadership to drive execution, manage priorities, and ensure successful delivery aligned with business objectives.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, collaborative, and proactive, with strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills. This position requires the ability to manage multiple initiatives, communicate effectively across all organizational levels, and support both business and technical teams throughout the project lifecycle.

This is a hybrid role based in Viña del Mar, mostly remote with occasional in-person days and client-driven travel. You'll coordinate daily with US-based leadership and stakeholders to align priorities, timelines, and delivery status across the full project lifecycle.

What you'll do

• Own end-to-end project management activities, including project planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery, across multiple concurrent initiatives.
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, milestones, budgets, and resource allocations for complex, cross-functional programs.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to define business requirements, project scope, objectives, and success criteria.
• Lead requirements elicitation, analysis, documentation, and validation processes to capture business and end-user needs.
• Develop business process flows and workflow documentation.
• Identify project dependencies, risks, and constraints, and design mitigation strategies.
• Communicate project status, risks, and tradeoffs to stakeholders and executive leadership.
• Coordinate daily with US-based leadership and stakeholders to align priorities, timelines, and delivery status across the full project lifecycle.
• Guide delivery teams on project vision, priorities, and implementation plans.
• Facilitate estimation, prioritization, and backlog management sessions.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Lead organizational change management and user adoption initiatives.
• Drive process improvements and operational enhancements to increase productivity and efficiency.
• Promote architectural standards, governance, and consistency across initiatives.
• Provide consultative guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle. Work closely with development and technical teams to ensure business requirements are accurately translated into technical solutions
• Analyze business processes to identify automation opportunities and assess technical feasibility.
• Identify infrastructure and technical requirements needed to deploy automation solutions.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support implementation and integration activities.
• Own issue resolution and remove project roadblocks in a timely manner.
