Role Description The Business Development Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Nandyal. This role involves identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, conducting market research to understand customer needs and competitive trends, and generating leads through outreach and networking. The Associate will prepare and deliver presentations to prospective clients, support proposal development, and maintain accurate records of interactions and sales activities. Collaboration with marketing, product, and operations teams is expected to refine offerings, improve messaging, and strengthen client relationships.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Presentation Skills and experience creating and delivering effective Presentations to diverse audiences.
• Candidates should possess Lead Generation skills, including prospecting, pipeline management, and follow-up on inbound and outbound opportunities.
• Candidates should possess Market Research skills to analyze industry trends, customer segments, and competitor activities.
• Candidates should possess clear and professional Communication skills, both verbal and written, for client interactions and internal collaboration.
• Relevant skills such as basic CRM usage, negotiation, and relationship management are beneficial.
• A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is preferred.
• Ability to work on-site in Nandyal, manage multiple tasks, and meet targets in a fast-paced environment.
