Job Description

• RESPONSIBILITIES职责描述：
• Sales Order: Check and enter new sales order based on disty and customer’s new PO.

订单录入：根据代理商和客户订单及时录入系统，并确保订单信息正确。

• Order Backlog: Support sales to check and improve factory shipping plan.

追货：帮助销售团队与工厂沟通并改善交期。

• Payment: Collect payment from disty and customer. 及时追款。
• Delivery: Provide shipping instruction to shipping department.

发货：安排发货事宜。

• System: Maintain sales system. 定期维护销售系统。
• Report: Maintain CSR report. 定期维护CSR相关报表。
• Sample: Support internal and external sample request. 支持内外部样品需求。

Requirements任职要求：

• Bachelor degree, majoring in English or business operation is preferred.

本科学历，英语或商务相关专业优先。

• More than 1~2 years CSR related experience. 1~2年以上客户服务相关经验优先。
• Good English skills in written and oral.
