Customer Service - Home Appliances (Night Shift) - Open to all English Speakers who are willing to relocate to Vietnam

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries via calls, email, chat, and messaging channels.
• Resolve customer issues, provide accurate information, and ensure a positive service experience.
• Escalate urgent or complex cases to the relevant teams when necessary.
• Stay updated on products, processes, and customer service guidelines to deliver effective support

Requirements:

• Graduated from Bachelor’s degree or equivalent academic qualification.
• Fluency in English - B2 and above (speaking, listening, writing, and reading) - working 100% English

Working Hours:

• Actual Working Shift: 9-hour shift (7.5 working hours + 1-hour meal break + 30-minute utility breaks) Example: 7:30 PM – 4:30 AM
• Shift assignment is determined by the Team Leader/Line Manager
• 5 working days/week (40 hours/week)
• Days Off: Fixed off on Sunday and 01 additional rotating day off per week
• Project Operating Hours - Mon–Fri: 7:30 PM – 7:30 AM and Sat: 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM

Salary:

Gross Income: 14,500,000 – 15,500,000 VND/month
