Customer Service (Footwear) | District 11, HCMC
Job Responsibilities
- Support customers via phone, email, chat, and messaging channels.
- Resolve inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
- Escalate complex cases when required.
- Update customer information accurately in the system.
- Meet service quality standards and KPI targets.
Income
- Gross salary: 9 - 10 million VND/month
- Base salary: 7.5 million VND/month
- Meal allowance: 500,000 VND/month
- Voice allowance: 1 million VND/month (Voice role only)
- KPI bonus: 900,000 - 1.2 million VND/month
- 100% salary during 2-month probation
Requirements
- High School graduate or above.
- English proficiency B2+ (Speaking, Listening, Reading, Writing).
- Comfortable working 100% in English.
