Location: District 12, Ho Chi Minh City
Job Description
- Handle customer requests via call, email, and chat
- Support basic issues such as booking changes, cancellations, and complaints
- Work with internal teams to resolve customer cases
- Provide clear and accurate information to customers
- Ensure a positive customer experience
Working Schedule
- Rotational shifts 24/7 (including night shifts)
- 5 days working/week, 2 days off
- 1-month training – full salary
Requirements
- College Degree or above
- Good English communication – working fully in English environment
- Open for freshers / no experience required (training provided)
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
Salary & Benefits
- Average monthly income: 10,000,000 – 12,000,000 dong
- Base salary: 7,500,000 dong
- Meal allowance: 500,000 dong/month
- Night shift allowance: 30% of base salary
- Incentive bonus ~1,200,000 dong/month
- 100% salary during 2-month probation
