As a Customer Experience Specialist at Artlist, you will be at the frontline of empowering creators to fully harness the potential of our AI-driven creative ecosystem. You’ll support users from their very first interactions with our AI tools through full-scale production workflows—ensuring they gain the knowledge, confidence, and inspiration needed to grow with Artlist.

We’re looking for someone with a rare blend of technical savvy, creativity, and exceptional communication skills. This isn’t your average support role: you’ll engage with content creators around the world, master our products inside and out, and use your own creative instincts to solve problems, advise customers, and directly influence the product.

What You'll Do

• Deliver timely, empathetic, and effective support across current and emerging communication channels to resolve product issues proactively
• Guide Creative AI Workflows: Develop deep expertise in Artlist’s platform and generative AI tools to help users navigate AI capabilities, prompting, and features that best fit their creative vision.
• Proactively communicate user behavior, AI tool performance, technical issues, emerging creative trends, and potential improvements to the team, raising flags as needed.
• Work cross-functionally within a cohesive team environment to drive user satisfaction and product success.

Requirements:

• Knowledge of video editing, cinematography, filmmaking, or creative production.
• 2+ years of customer-facing experience specializing in client retention
• Enthusiasm for generative AI tools and emerging creative technologies.
• Descriptive and expressive writing skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas and AI workflows clearly and empathetically.
• Native-level English proficiency - both written and verbal.
• Computer savvy- a quick learner who spots recurring technical patterns and flags bugs early.
