Data Maintenance Representative
Professionally and courteously provide a variety of patient and insurance services through mail, telephone, e-mail and personal contact in response to patient account inquiries. This position will maintain a more active role in fixing patient accounts in the billing system and reviewing reports to assist in quality control of patient accounts, specifically patient balances.
Pay: Starting at $15.75 + potential quarterly bonus after 90-day probation
Insurance Verifiers
Help ensure patients have the coverage they need to receive care. You'll contact insurance carriers, verify benefits, and work independently toward daily goals. As you grow, you'll take on new projects and responsibilities.
Pay: Starting at $16.50/hr + potential quarterly bonus after 90-day probation.
Administrative Support Specialist
Provide support to the both the central business office and hospital staff by filling all records requests in regards to outstanding accounts receivables.
Pay: Starting at $16.50/hr + potential quarterly bonus after 90-day probation.
Billing Representative
Seeking candidates with strong typing and computer skills, attention to detail, and a task-oriented mindset. Must be diligent and comfortable with structured processes.
Pay: Starting at $17.50/hr + potential quarterly bonus after 90-day probation.
Claims Resolution Specialist
Research-focused role requiring independence and persistence to resolve outstanding insurance claims and advocate for patients. Strong computer skills and creative problem-solving are essential.
Pay: starting at $18.50/hr + potential quarterly bonus after 90-day probation.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently
- Ability to handle challenging situations with a positive attitude
- Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Windows-based computer systems
- Experience with claims processing
- Previous phone or call center experience
- Medical background (insurance, front desk, etc.)
- Ability to manage confidential and sensitive information with discretion
