Key Learning Responsibilities

• Develop business analysis skills by working closely with non-technical stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Translate business needs into technical scopes, considering feasibility, cost, and customer satisfaction.
• Support Project Managers in mapping out detailed business requirements and project workflows.
• Learn and apply BA tools and templates such as UML activity diagrams, Gantt charts, wireframes, and process documentation.
• Assist in technical design discussions to ensure alignment between system specifications and business goals.
