Key Responsibilities

Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily standups, retrospectives, and backlog refinement sessions.

Collaborate with product owners and business stakeholders to ensure clear requirements, prioritization, and sprint goals.

Manage the end-to-end delivery of technical features, bug fixes, and enhancements across 30+ WordPress brand sites.

Coordinate with engineering leads, designers, QA, SEO, and DevOps to track dependencies and resolve blockers.

Maintain and groom the product backlog in Jira or similar tools, ensuring epics and stories are well-scoped and up-to-date.

Monitor team velocity and capacity to optimize sprint planning and manage stakeholder expectations.

Drive continuous improvement in Agile practices and team collaboration, adapting frameworks to project needs.

Track and report on project progress, timelines, risks, and release readiness to internal stakeholders.

Support QA and UAT efforts, helping coordinate testing, acceptance criteria, and release validation.

Champion documentation, process clarity, and delivery accountability across all phases of the SDLC.

Requirements

5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, Technical PM, or Agile Delivery Manager, ideally in web or CMS-based environments.

Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies, sprint cadences, and backlog management.

Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, or other Agile lifecycle tools.

Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and drive delivery in a fast-paced, iterative setting.

Comfortable working with engineering and design leads to scope technical stories, manage trade-offs, and resolve ambiguities.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to create clear project plans, status updates, and risk assessments.

Experience coordinating testing cycles, feature rollouts, and iterative releases.

Familiarity with version control (Git), CI/CD concepts, and web development terminology (HTML, CSS, WordPress, APIs, etc.).
