What You Will Do
- Assist customers by providing product information, price quotes, and delivery dates as well as recommend products.
- Make outbound calls to introduce products and services to Long-term Care, Special Care, and Retirement Living facilities.
- Visit facilities to host education sessions and product demonstrations.
- Collaborate with Rehab and OT departments to update them on rental programs and personal care products.
- Process customer orders and handle back orders, returns, and delivery dates.
- Greet retail customers and answer incoming calls and inquiries.
- Keep facilities informed about new products for homecare needs.
- Organize, price, and restock shelves in the retail store.
- Perform bank deposits twice weekly.
- Grade 12 or equivalent, with 1 + years in a customer service or sales position required.
- Experience in the home medical industry and basic knowledge of medical terminology an asset.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Well organized and able to communicate effectively with others.
- Adaptability, versatility, and a positive attitude as a team player.
