Sales Development Professional (USA Remote, US)

Position Overview

dormakaba is seeking a Sales Development Professional remotely based in the continental United States. The Sales Development Professional is responsible for outbound prospecting, lead qualification, and early-stage opportunity development within entrance systems, entrance control systems and priority verticals, supporting enterprise growth by converting marketing leads and outbound efforts into qualified sales opportunities.

HIRING SALARY RANGE: Base Salary $55,000 - $70,000 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.) What you will do

• Identify target accounts
• Conduct outreach via bid sites, phone, email, LinkedIn, and campaigns
• Qualify inbound marketing leads to confirm project viability
• Maintain accurate opportunity notes

What we require

• 2+ years in B2B sales, SDR, or inside sales role
• Experience using CRM systems such as Salesforce and HubSpot

What we prefer

• Bachelor’s degree
• Experience in early stage opportunity development
