What You'll do:

  • Assess the necessity to automate a subset of or all test scripts and contribute to the improvement of the test automation framework;
  • Collaborate with Software Quality Engineers and Managers to develop effective strategies and test plans;
  • Define test strategy and test plan containing test cases, ensuring traceability with specifications and customer requirements;
  • Produce test scripts and test plans and apply them throughout the product lifecycle;
  • Collaborate on Test Repository creation as a Shared Service;
  • Execute functional and non-functional tests, test scripts and review results;

- Produce test results in report format;

  • Report and document technical and functional issues;
  • Identify risks and escalate when appropriate;
  • Identify process improvement opportunities alongside SQA activities to improve efficiency and reduce time;
  • Support troubleshooting activities and report bugs and errors to development teams;
  • Collect logs to document testing phases and defects;

- Report on Test Plan execution status;

  • Conduct User Acceptance Testing phases (UAT, Alpha, Beta);
  • Open defects for software or documentation, assign the appropriate severity level, and provide relevant investigation and information to support defect resolution;


Who You Are:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience;
  • Experience in reviewing project requirements and analyzing design solution specifications;
  • Experience in BPMN standards (not mandatory);
  • Experience with test automation frameworks;
  • Knowledge of CI/CD guidelines and industry best practices based on ISTQB;
  • Experience in functional and non-functional testing;
  • Experience in testing scalable, reliable, multi-tiered and distributed software applications, tools and systems;
  • Experience in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), Alpha and Beta testing phases;

- Fluent in English;
