As a Reservation Executive, We Rely On You To

• Provide the highest level of service to promote customer satisfaction and retention while optimizing booking opportunities
• Assist to maintain effective booking processes and follow through guest bookings
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience at the point of booking with both telephone and email reservations
• Assist in handling reservation sales and guest requests in a professional and efficient manner

• Has a passion for customer sales
• Preferably has experience working in reservation and with relevant hospitality background
• Loves interacting with guests
• Has strong interpersonal skills and communication skills
• Enjoys working as part of a team
