Job Purpose:


We are seeking an enthusiastic and talented individual to join our Customer Care Team.

In this role you must be an eager, highly motivated problem solver who is passionate about creating a positive customer experience and supports building strong relationships with our customers. This position plays a crucial part in the overall customer experience we provide our customers as the successful candidate will be the first point of contact for dealing with many of our customer requests.


The candidate must have a positive, empathetic and professional attitude to customers at all times. In addition, they must have strong interpersonal skills and take personal pride and job satisfaction in responding accurately and efficiently to queries. This role is suited to someone who has the ability to prioritise and multitask, along with excellent time management.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring internal fleet management system is updated with accurate information as required
  • Dealing with customers queries/requests via email and phone
  • Handling of customer and driver queries within the agreed timeframes
  • Full management of Vehicle Motor Tax Process, including going to the local Garda station for signing of manual tax applications
  • Responsible for Fines, Toll Tag and Fuel Card Management
  • Provide administrative support across the business as required
  • Preparing accurate customer reports as requested
  • Ensure all current processes & procedures are followed to adhere to business controls
  • Contribute to new projects and procedures to assist in making the department more efficient and effective
  • Providing cover across the team during periods of annual leave


Key Requirements:

  • A full, clean EU drivers’ licence
  • At least 2 years’ experience in customer service, both face-to-face and phone/email
  • Professional manner and well presented
  • A confident and outgoing person who can work on their own initiative as well as part of the team
  • Excellent administration and organisational skills with strong emphasis on accuracy and delivery
  • Strong computer skills – MS Word, Excel, etc.
  • Ability to work on a variety of tasks concurrently in an effective manner
  • A proven ability of working to tight timelines and targets
  • Ability to prioritise important tasks and manage time effectively
  • Flexible and adaptable approach to work with a positive attitude
