Spa Attendant

• Maintain cleanliness and presentation standards in all spa areas, including treatment rooms, relaxation lounges, locker rooms, showers, and reception areas.
• Prepare treatment rooms before and after guest appointments according to established procedures.
• Replenish towels, robes, slippers, amenities, and guest supplies throughout the spa.
• Assist guests with inquiries, directions, and requests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Monitor spa facilities and report any maintenance, safety, or cleanliness concerns to your supervisor.
• Ensure all equipment and furnishings are maintained in excellent condition.
• Follow established health, hygiene, and sanitation procedures at all times.
• Assist with laundry collection, sorting, and distribution of spa linens.
• Support therapists and spa team members with operational requirements when needed.
• Monitor inventory levels of spa supplies and notify supervisors when replenishment is required.
• Handle lost and found items according to hotel procedures.
• Wear the designated uniform and maintain a professional appearance at all times.
• Assist with opening and closing duties as assigned.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as required to support the spa operation and guest experience.
