Key Responsibilities:
- Draft and negotiate principal financing documentation.
- Review and analyze project documentation to ensure compliance and support transaction success.
- Collaborate with global teams to advise clients on project finance matters.
Qualifications:
- 5-8 years of experience in Project Finance.
- Strong competency in drafting and negotiating financing documentation.
- Experience in reviewing project documentation.
