MarTech Specialist

Job Responsibilities

• Architect, build, and deploy custom AI-powered tools and products to support both internal and client-facing marketing technology (MarTech) initiatives, specifically for loan and credit card products.
• Lead the integration of AI tools into existing corporate systems (such as CRM), client communication platforms, and task automation workflows to boost marketing efficiency.
• Enhance MarTech solutions by incorporating a variety of external APIs and services, including web search, image generation, and first/third-party data sources.
• Partner with business and operations units to transform conceptual ideas into scalable, production-ready AI features that promote digital innovation.
• Create and maintain clear technical documentation to ensure the maintainability and future enhancement of all MarTech solutions.
• Implement agentic AI technologies to build autonomous systems capable of making decisions and executing actions to optimize marketing strategies.
• Research and deploy AI products like chatbots, virtual assistants, and predictive analytics tools to improve customer interactions and campaign effectiveness.

Job Requirements

• Possesses a Bachelors degree or higher in Mathematics, Business, IT, Engineering, Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related discipline.
• Must have a proactive, results-oriented approach with a strong interest in emerging technologies and a commitment to continuous learning.
• Requires strong business insight, a keen understanding of marketing dynamics, and proven project execution skills.
• Needs excellent communication skills in both English and Cantonese, including the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical partners.
• A team-oriented collaborator who takes a high degree of ownership and accountability for their work.
• Must be able to operate independently, delivering production-ready solutions with minimal oversight.
• Requires the ability to navigate regulatory frameworks and ensure all solutions comply with internal and external policies.
