Freelance Recruitment (Mass Hiring)

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process for mass hiring projects (sourcing, screening, scheduling, offering).
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract high-volume candidates through various channels (job portals, social media, referrals, offline sourcing).
• Conduct phone and video screenings to assess candidate suitability.
• Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and ensure smooth recruitment flow.
• Maintain candidate pipeline and ensure recruitment targets are met within deadlines.
• Prepare recruitment reports and updates for stakeholders on a regular basis.
• Collaborate with operations and HR team to ensure timely onboarding of new hires.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in recruitment, specifically handling mass hiring projects.
• Proven success in sourcing and hiring large numbers of candidates within tight timelines.
• Strong networking and sourcing skills, both online and offline.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Familiar with recruitment tools, job boards, and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
