Position: Music Production Expert - Swedish
Type:Contract
Compensation:$42–$78/hour
Location:Remote
Duration:Up to 6 months
Commitment:20+ hours/week

Role Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI-generated music across genres for musicality, creativity, and production quality.
• Compare songs head-to-head on prompt adherence, vocal quality, and mix quality.
• Label songs by genre, structure, instruments, vocals, and other characteristics.
• Review AI-generated lyrics and vocals against reference material for quality and accuracy.
• Work independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines while improving AI model performance.

Qualifications

Must-Have

• Native or near-native proficiency in Swedish.
• Ability to follow detailed written instructions in English.
• 2+ years of experience as a music producer, audio engineer, or mixing engineer.
• Headphones or studio monitors suitable for critical listening.

Preferred

• Formal training in music performance, theory, or composition.
• Credited or commercially released production, engineering, or mixing work.
• Broad familiarity with contemporary Swedish genres, sub-genres, and artists.
