As a white-label version of GoHighLevel, we are expanding our creative team and looking for a talented Creative Video Editor who can produce high-converting video ads and marketing creatives.

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for a creative and performance-minded Video Editor who understands how to create short-form content that grabs attention, communicates value quickly, and drives action.

The ideal candidate should be highly comfortable with AI-powered video creation, particularly AI talking-head/avatar videos, UGC-style content, voiceovers, and AI-assisted creative production. You should know how to combine AI tools with strong editing and creative judgment to produce content that feels engaging, natural, and conversion-focused.

This role is not just about editing videos. You’ll be expected to take an idea, script, or brief and turn it into a polished, attention-grabbing creative that has the potential to perform.

Responsibilities

• Create short-form video ads for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms.
• Create AI talking-head/avatar videos and UGC-style video creatives.
• Turn scripts and concepts into engaging, high-quality video ads.
• Develop strong hooks, pacing, transitions, captions, visuals, and CTAs.
• Use AI tools to generate, enhance, and optimize video content.
• Create multiple variations of videos to test different hooks, messaging, and creative angles.
• Work with creative and marketing teams to understand campaign objectives and target audiences.
• Repurpose existing content into multiple short-form creative formats.
• Stay updated with emerging AI video tools, trends, and creative formats.
• Analyze creative performance and use insights to improve future videos.
• Continuously experiment with new AI workflows to improve quality and production speed.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in video editing and short-form content creation.
• Strong experience creating social media and performance marketing videos.
• Hands-on experience with tools such as CapCut, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Canva, or similar.
• Experience creating AI-generated/talking-head videos and UGC-style content.
• Strong familiarity with AI creative tools for video generation, voiceovers, avatars, image generation, and creative enhancement.
• Good understanding of social media trends and what makes content attention-grabbing.
• Strong sense of storytelling, pacing, composition, and visual communication.
• Ability to turn a basic script or concept into a compelling finished creative.
• Comfortable experimenting with new AI tools and finding ways to get the best possible output from them.
• Understanding of performance marketing concepts such as hooks, CTR, engagement, conversions, and creative testing is a strong plus.
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and produce creatives quickly.
