• Plan, execute, and optimize cold email campaigns targeting our ideal customer profile.
• Write personalized, high-converting cold email copy for different personas and segments.
• Use tools like Apollo, Instantly, or Smartlead to automate and manage outbound workflows.
• Monitor deliverability, open rates, and reply rates and continuously test/iterate to improve performance.
• Build and maintain high-quality lead lists and handle basic enrichment where needed.
• Stay current with best practices for cold outreach and email compliance (e.g., domain warming, spam avoidance).

Requirements:

• Proven experience running successful cold email campaigns using tools like Instantly, Apollo, Smartlead, or similar.
• Strong copywriting skills, especially for cold outreach and subject lines.
• Knowledge of email deliverability tactics and best practices.
• Experience in B2B lead generation, sales development, or outbound marketing.
• Fluent in English with excellent written communication.
• Familiarity with the US market
