Hands on CTO & Co-founder

Our technical lead is way more than a skilled programmer. They’re someone who is deeply invested in the company’s success and willing to muck through the startup trenches with us.

They own founder-level responsibility, such as

• Building out our tech stack

• Getting their hands dirty by writing good quality code

• Build the system architecture diagram, draw transaction flows, and plan for different scenarios, as well as analyse the risk factors

• Execute on the product development roadmap and timelines

• At least one demonstrable previous work experience in a complex technical leadership role eg. As a payment solution architect you owned technical research & analysis, development, integration and platform engineering

About you:

• You must be extremely humble with your co-workers, hungry to get things done and happy to come in to work with a positive attitude

• An entrepreneurial mindset or experience starting a business of your own

• A solution to every problem type of character

• Lateral thinker

• Optimistic personality

• Willing to roll-up your sleeves and help in all areas of business development

• Willingness to put your skin in the game

• Willing to work for equity or low pay + equity

• Experience building a product from concept to launch, to scaling for growth

• Love to code, solve complex technical problems and invest time in research & innovation
