Fully Remote

Are you a QuickBooks Online superstar with a passion for numbers? We’re on the lookout for a Bookkeeper to join our dynamic, remote team! Enjoy the flexibility of working from home while collaborating with fellow bookkeeping experts to deliver top-notch service to our clients.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage bookkeeping for a variety of clients (and yes, we promise they can be fun to work with!)
  *Collaborate with a team of bookkeeping pros to elevate our service and support each other in tackling challenges.
  *Stay organized and keep deadlines in check while enjoying the perks of remote work.
  * Performing bank account and credit card reconciliation.

* Conducting bookkeeping reviews.

* Paying and tracking bills/loans.

• Collecting and tracking invoices.
  * Filing 1099(s).
  * Calculating and collecting sales tax.
  * Payroll filing and reporting.
  * Maintaining spreadsheets of financial transactions.
  * Submitting a detailed daily report to your direct supervisor.
  * Keeping detailed time tracking per client.
  * Using internal software to record client work completed.
  * Performing other related duties as needed or agreed upon

• Competitive pay: $7-$10/hour based on your experience, plus bonuses after your first 90 days!
  *Part Time hours: 20 hours a week, then after 90 days transition to full-time hours: 40 hours a week, with the freedom to
  work in your time zone.

What We’re Looking For:

• You must have a strong command of the English language ( Read, Write & Speak)
  *Computer-savvy with a reliable working computer.
  *Super organized and able to juggle multiple clients with ease.
  *Proficiency in QuickBooks Online is a MUST (1-3 years experience)
