The Role
Wpromote is looking for a sharp Associate Manager, Paid Social to join our team and help execute full-funnel paid social campaigns for a portfolio of exciting clients. This is a hands-on, individual-contributor role focused on campaign execution, analysis, and client communication — the foundation of Wpromote's paid social discipline, and a growing part of our vision for an integrated paid media team spanning paid social, paid search, creative, analytics, and programmatic.

The anticipated annual salary for this role will range from $66k-$77k based on a variety of factors unique to each candidate, including skill set, years and depth of experience, education and certifications, competitive benchmarks, scope of responsibility, market dynamics, geographic location, and the respective state’s salary threshold for exempt employees. At Wpromote, pay ranges are subject to change and are based on specific market medians for similar jobs according to third-party salary benchmark surveys. Individual pay within that range can vary due to skills, experience, and available budget. Fully managing paid social campaign set-ups, activations, and day-to-day optimizations across major platforms (Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn, Snapchat, Reddit, X)
Formulating paid social strategies for client businesses, including full-funnel test recommendations across awareness, consideration, conversion, and retention, and optimizations that align with client objectives
Owning day-to-day client communications, including performance updates and next-step recommendations
Analyzing and reporting on relevant social media KPIs that help inform next-step recommendations, using AI-enabled and automation tools (e.g., Smartly, Sprinklr) where available to work faster and more efficiently
Collaborating with internal teams, including paid search, creative, analytics, and programmatic, to build social media strategy that's integrated into broader cross-channel media plans
Staying on top of the latest trends in social media, AI-enabled advertising tools, and client industries, and presenting these findings in department meetings and to clients
Helping lead audits and RFPs to win new business
Escalating account opportunities, obstacles, or questions to leadership for guidance and coaching
You Must Have
2+ years of experience working in paid media advertising, comprising media planning/buying and/or paid social within an agency or client-side environment
Two- or four-year degree in business, marketing, or a related discipline
Experience developing, optimizing, analyzing, and reporting on paid campaigns on social platforms (Meta, Snap, TikTok, Reddit, X, Pinterest, LinkedIn, etc.)
Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager
Familiarity with Google Analytics or similar analytics tools
Meta Blueprint Certification preferred
Solid working knowledge of Google Suite, Excel, Google Slides, Asana, or similar tools

Creative and analytical skills with the ability to take direction well, learn/develop new skill sets, problem solve, and take on new challenges while paying strong attention to detail
Nice to Have
Exposure to AI-enabled advertising, automation, or reporting tools such as Smartly or Sprinklr
Working knowledge of paid search, SEO, or other digital media channels and how they connect to paid social
Interest in contributing to new business pitches, audits, or account growth planning
