UX/UI Designer

Remote Recruitment is hiring a UX/UI Designer for our UK-based clients. This is a fully remote position offering South African professionals an excellent opportunity to work with leading UK employers from home. You will work UK business hours and join a supportive, fast-growing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Design intuitive user interfaces and engaging digital experiences for web and mobile applications
• Conduct user research, create personas, and translate findings into wireframes and prototypes
• Collaborate with developers and product teams to ensure designs are implemented accurately
• Maintain and evolve design systems and component libraries
• Iterate on designs based on user feedback and usability testing

Requirements

• 3+ years of UX/UI design experience with a strong portfolio
• Proficiency in Figma or Adobe XD for wireframing and prototyping
• Understanding of user-centred design principles and accessibility standards
• Experience working in agile product teams alongside developers
• Strong communication skills to present and defend design decisions
