Hiring: Manpower Planning Expert | Dubai Government Entity
A prestigious Dubai Government entity is seeking a Manpower Planning Expert to support a large-scale workforce planning and transformation project across multiple government functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and implementation of strategic workforce and manpower planning frameworks
- Develop workforce forecasting models and future workforce scenarios
- Utilize AI-powered tools and predictive analytics to support workforce planning and decision-making
- Provide advisory support, knowledge transfer, and capability building to internal teams
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders on workforce optimization and talent strategies
Requirements:
- Proven experience in manpower planning, workforce planning, or organizational workforce transformation
- Strong expertise in workforce forecasting, analytics, and predictive modeling
- Experience using AI and digital tools for workforce planning
- Consulting or advisory background preferred
- Experience working on large-scale government or enterprise-wide projects is highly desirable
