Procurement Administrator

Remote Recruitment is hiring a Procurement Administrator for our UK-based clients. This is a fully remote position offering South African professionals an excellent opportunity to work with leading UK employers from home. You will work UK business hours and join a supportive, fast-growing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Process purchase orders and manage supplier relationships on behalf of UK clients
• Obtain and compare quotes to ensure cost-effective procurement
• Maintain supplier databases and update procurement records accurately
• Coordinate delivery schedules and track order fulfilment
• Assist with contract administration and vendor compliance checks
• Generate procurement reports and present findings to management

Requirements

• 2+ years experience in procurement, supply chain or purchasing
• Strong numerical and analytical skills with excellent attention to detail
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and procurement or ERP software
• Good understanding of purchasing processes and supplier negotiation
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
• Reliable home office with high-speed internet connection
