As the first point of contact for a portfolio of customers, you will play a key role in building strong relationships, ensuring orders are processed accurately, and delivering solutions that create a positive customer experience.
These are varied and fast-paced roles that combine customer service, relationship management, administration, order processing and problem-solving. Working closely with our Sales, Logistics and Operations teams, you will contribute to the smooth delivery of products and services while supporting business growth and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer enquiries via phone and email, providing timely and professional support.
- Process customer orders and invoices accurately and efficiently.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with an existing portfolio of customers.
- Support sales initiatives and identify opportunities to add value for customers.
- Coordinate with logistics and operations teams to ensure timely order fulfilment and delivery.
- Resolve customer issues and provide practical, customer-focused solutions.
- Work collaboratively with stakeholders across the business to achieve positive outcomes.
- Contribute ideas and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer experience and team efficiency.
- Previous experience in customer service, customer support, internal sales or account coordination.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills with a customer-first approach.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive, solutions-focused mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Confidence using Microsoft Office applications, particularly Outlook, Excel and Word.
- Experience with ERP systems is advantageous, although full training will be provided.
- A genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service and building strong customer relationships.
- One permanent full-time role and one full-time 9-month maternity leave cover contract.
